My connection speed is fine but my connection drops at random times.
Answer
The phone line could also affect this, as it may have intermittent problems. Fujitsu's servers and POP's will not drop a user for any reason, other than incorrect settings on your PC, or occasional technical problems. You may have an idle timeout setting, which will disconnect you after a certain amount of time.
Telkom's waiting call facility, which notifies users when they have another call coming through could cause the modem to drop the connection. Try disabling this feature and see if it makes any difference.
